Blending concepts of well-being, communication and self-acceptance. Ideal for anyone curious about improving their communication skills towards themselves and the way the relate to others in their personal or professional life.
No previous knowledge required. For ages 15 and up. Show up as you are.
Course will be led in English based on Non Violent Communication.
